Under 99.00 € gross value of goods we ship Germany-wide for 4.99 € (incl. VAT). 99.00 € and above order value we deliver free of charge.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery of goods within the country (Germany) will take place within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment from the date of the payment order). Please note that there will be no delivery on Sundays and other public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery dates, we will send the items together in one delivery, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date for the entire order is the same as that of the item with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment
If the payment is to be made via a SEPA basic direct debit or a SEPA corporate direct debit, you authorise us by means of a SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive advance notice at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please ensure that the account in question has sufficient funds on the due date. If payment is made by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
